His entry into Real Estate began almost 20 years ago in 1996 at the age of 22, holding the position of Property Manager’s assistant. He soon moved into Real Estate Sales, and grew from strength to strength, having great success, and receiving multiple salesperson awards. Bad Habit – Gnawing my fingernails to shreds. I’m also very very untidy in my office, I think having an untidy office is the sign of a very dedicated, hard working individual. Jill and I found Brendan personable and very easy to communicate with and work with. The market we were selling into was extremely difficult with very few sales and lots of properties listed for sale.
We indicated at the beginning that we were looking for honesty in communication and prompt communication. During the process of the sale we were always aware of what was happening and were given reasons as to why activity was low as well as suggestions as to how we could respond to that situation. At all times we felt in control of the situation despite the fact that we were so far away. Whilst the eventual selling price was considerably below what we had wanted it was, after reflecting on the market, a fair and reasonable price given the circumstances of the market.
